Breakfast is normal. Location is magnificent. It's just 1 km. to away to Tuyap Fair Area. Inside of room is modern.

Closet is so close to washstand in toilet.

Good SPA center with very good SPA service! SPA place is clear and personal is polite.

Cleaning personal did not supply with shampoo and conditioner regular.

The hotel room was freezing! So cold, that I couldn't sleep. The heating unit in the room did not work. Also, the lighting was terrible. And, the room was tiny. The breakfast was also bad, and the fitness center was pathetic! The prices are far too high for the level of quality.

I choose to stay in this hotel cause I was visiting the zuchex expo,and this hotel is 20 minutes walking from the expo.so if you do not want to waist time in traffic road it is good .also with the hotel their is good clean restaurent .also five minutes walking their is a place that contain many restaurent to and anotheir place for taxi ,bus ,and plane ticket offices .

The reception place is of one star hotel look ,the breakfast is humble.their in no good shoping center near buy or tourism places no sea view no pool no natural view .the lightning in the hotel is poor the corridor are lighted through sensor and for a short periode of time .

Staff was very helpfull when i asked for a toothbrush i could not bring from my home.

This hotel is for sure never a 4 star! Room are old and you can not cover with some new wallpaper or tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast is absurd and dirty. Old meat that is not served cool so it starts to discolour on the sides. Floors are sticky and there is no atmosphere.

Net at the room are low. The bed and the pillow are a bit hard.

It was excellent. Only problem was too far from the City Centre. Rooms, Services & Facilities were good. Will prefer to stay again with Beynova. Also request the Management of the Hotel to start Shuttle Service everyday evening for the City Centre and on weekends can be done for the morning too.

The staff are all very helpful especially the gentleman at the reception. I forgot his name but he's really extra helpful. They will go out of their way to assist your every need. He speaks fluent English too which is very difficult to find in Turkey. The location of the hotel is very convenient to go to the City, the airport and most importantly the exhibition complex.

Receiption is too small, always need to wait for any enquiry. Spa service close too early compare to other hotels in Istanbul.

Hotel beynova has good food.

Hotel Beynova is worst experience of my life, the room was very very small , even receptuonist do not have time to attend any problems of ours unless it is gain for themselves, we have to wait to reception fr 30 min to know only one thing, they can not handle more than 3 people, I will never visit this hotel. It is also not value for money at all.

I found the behaviour of the front desk staff patronising and inappropriate. I would not recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

Excellent location for Tuyap exhibition. 5 minutes by taxi (3 km)! The shuttle bus for the exhibition
